Welcome to the Ronald Reagan Republican Club of Astoria. The purpose of our club is to support policies and candidates for public office dedicated to making New York a better place to live, work and raise a family.
Ours will be a Club where you can get involved in local politics and make a difference.
We believe New York can be a great city if we make it so. Where people can walk streets at night absent fear of being mugged or assaulted. Where all who graduate high school can get a job, join the military, or go to college. Where housing is abundant and affordable. Where all neighborhoods have access to decent grocery stores. Where all in New York have access to good jobs that pay good wages.
Our ideas are radically different from those intent on making this city into another failed experiment in socialist doctrines.
One can’t hate all police and be for safe streets. One can’t hate all charter schools and be pro-education. One can’t be anti-business and pro-job. One can’t hate all landlords and be pro-housing. We will hold AOC, Tiffany Caban, and the Democratic Socialists of America accountable for their destructive policies. We will confront them in the battle of ideas right here on their home turf.
